Spirit Of Love 2010 Highlights

In 2010, we announced and celebrated the release of a historic milesone in Laura's musical history: the release of the first-ever official music video DVD.
This year's theme, "Shine On", was reflective of the new CD+DVD project from WEA/Gallo Records and Other Half Entertainment. Among the multitude of activities over the weekend, were a viewing of the brand-new music video DVD, a special candlelight ceremony in which we not only talked of special ways Laura touched individual lives, but how her music and vision can "shine on" through the years, and a very special "fan forum" with Tommy Bayiokos and Kathy Golik, during which the various attendees spoke candidly about their experiences with Laura.
Our Sunday outing this year took us for the first time to Fire Island Lighthouse, lunch at Tom McBrien's Irish Pub in Hampton Bays, a winery tour at Duck Walk Vineyards in Southampton, East Quogue (with a drive by Laura's home), and Westhampton Beach.

Our program this year included a special annual message from Tommy Bayiokos, Laura's
percussionist and special friend, as well as the schedule of activities
that took place during this year's event.
