Pricing on the site is in US dollars.  Applicable Sales Tax will be applied to orders placed by residents of the state of Pennsylvania.  Feel free to use Yahoo's free currency converter tool to convert your local currency to US dollars. currently ships to North America and most countries around the world.  Our shipping rates are based on order weight and whether your order is being shipped domestically via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, or internationally via USPS First-Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International.


Please note that customers are responsible for paying all customs and import duties. cannot determine in advance what these fees will be.  The delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees.  Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.  Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order.

Due to International shipping law/practices, we are unable to declare merchandise as “Gift” on customs forms.


In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. In order for our customers to receive their orders in the fastest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. We are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping, or add items to an order once it has been processed.

If you place an order for music material on a "pre-order" basis along with other products, be advised that your total order will ship when the music material arrives in stock.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Since LB’s Boutique is operated in-house, during times when we are out of town, it may take a week or more to process your order.   Please be assured we will alert you when that is the case, and once we return, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.



Occasionally our CD and DVD items offered for sale at LB's Boutique may become temporarily out of stock by the manufacturer. If, on an item's Product page, the item is noted as "Out Of Stock From Manufacturer", you will still have the ability to order the item. We will maintain each order for manufacturer out-of-stock items in a manner similar to backorders, in that we will keep each person's order in a first-come-first-serve "fulfillment queue" based on order date and time. Once the item is back in stock from the manufacturer, and LB's Boutique subsequently receives a supply of the item, we will process and ship the items based on the order dates and times in the fulfillment queue. Please note that if your order contains multiple items, any in-stock items will ship first, and manufacturer out-of-stock items will ship at no additional shipping cost, when a supply of the item is received by LB's Boutique.

In the case of an item remaining out-of-stock from the manufacturer after a 30-day period, you will have the option of cancelling the order of the manufacturer out-of-stock item and receiving a refund of the purchase price of the manufacturer out-of-stock item, any applicable tax (if charged), and any associated shipping charge. If you choose not to cancel the order, you may opt again to cancel the order, at the end of every 30-day period that the ordered item remains out of stock from the manufacturer. In order to exercise this option, you MUST email LB's Boutique at If we do not hear from you with a request to cancel your order, we will assume you wish your order to stay in the fulfillment queue.

Please note, however, that cancelling your order will drop your saved order date and time from the fulfillment queue. Therefore, you may opt to keep your order in the fulfillment queue, particularly if ordering a unique item such as a "limited edition" or "bonus track edition".

Also please note that LB's Boutique only marks items as "Out Of Stock From Manufacturer" when the manufacturer of the item has notified LB's Boutique that it is out of stock of the said item, and may or may not provide us with an estimated time frame for returning the item to their stock. We have no control over the manufacturer's ability or timing of returning items to their stock, and likewise we have no control over errors or inconsistencies on manufacturers' websites if such manufacturer out-of-stock items are erroneously listed as "in stock" on their websites.

USPS First-Class Mail (orders up to 13 ounces): 1-3 business days in most cases (not including order processing time)

Domestic (USA) USPS First-Class Mail shipping CANNOT be applied to orders or pre-orders placed prior to May 22, 2014.

USPS Priority Mail (orders of any weight): 1-3 business days in most cases (not including order processing time)

International Shipping
USPS Priority Mail International (orders of any weight): 6-10 business days in most cases (not including order processing and any Customs processing time)
- Package tracking available.

USPS First-Class Mail International (orders of 4 pounds and under only): delivery time varies with destination (not including processing and any Customs processing time)
- Package tracking for First-Class Mail International available only in limited countries.


Credit Cards
LB’s Boutique accepts Visa and MasterCard for both domestic and International purchases.
LB's Boutique also accepts PayPal for both domestic and International purchases.

Money Orders
Money orders are the sole "pay by mail" option as an "offline purchase".  Please understand even orders placed for offline payment are processed immediately.  To pay by money order, please go through the order steps online and select “Pay By Mail (Printable Order Form)”.  Print out the page that has the total cost including shipping and any applicable tax, and mail it with the money order to:

Please make money orders payable to “Other Half Entertainment.”  Please note that money orders must be in US DOLLARS ONLY.

Payment is due within ten (10) days of placing order, or order will be cancelled.

Upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES is committed to providing high-quality, prompt, and efficient service.  If you have ordered tangible products, your order has been carefully inspected and packed, and we hope you are pleased with the items you selected.

Please notify of any mis-shipments, shortages, or defective merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your order. You may contact us via email at  Please write RETURNS in the subject line of the email.

No refunds.  In-store credit and exchanges only.

Merchandise may be exchanged as long as it has not been washed, worn, or damaged.  Also, we will not accept the return of any compact discs, videotapes, or DVDs unless they are defective.  In these cases, the audio/visual items will be replaced only with the same title.

In order to process exchanges or credits for damaged goods, it will be necessary to provide a photograph of the damaged item(s) via email. Under no circumstances can exchange or credit requests for damaged goods be accepted and processed without photographic evidence of the damaged item(s).

DVDs, videotapes, and other pre-recorded video media sold through LB's Boutique are sold in the video format (NTSC, PAL, SECAM) and region code(s) in which they were originally authored, and are not altered for other regions or formats.  All video media on sale will clearly state in the item description, the video format and region coding (where applicable) of the media.  Buyers are strongly encouraged and advised to verify playability of DVD/video media prior to purchase.  LB's Boutique cannot be held responsible for incompatibility between purchased video media and the buyer's playback device(s), and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for media purchased which may be incompatible with your playback device.

All sales are final on discounted and clearance items, and as such, are exempt from the return policy.

At any time, LB's Boutique may feature items at a reduced price.  If you order such an item previous to its being featured on sale or at a reduced price, or after the period of time the item was featured on sale or at a reduced price, you will not be given that sale or reduced price.  The sale or reduced price is only honored when the item is ordered within the time it is featured on sale or the price reduced. is not responsible for postage charges incurred by exchanging merchandise unless it is due to an error we have made or a manufacturer defect. To receive a refund for your cost to return a damaged/defective item, you must include a valid receipt from the shipping agency.

To take advantage of the return policy, you must return items within 3 weeks of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted after 3 weeks.

Please note: The package must be sent via the same shipping method which was used to ship the item(s) to you.  For example, if the original package was sent to you via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (used by LB’s Boutique for all US-bound packages), then you must ship the item(s) back to LB's Boutique via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
