Love it. Laura's covers of "Turn The Beat Around" and "The Best Was Yet To Come" are awesome. My personal favorates from this are "Never in A Million Years" & "No Promise, No Guarentee". Definately a great cd, but of coure us Fanigans probably think all of Laura's cd's are great

What a coincidence that this question should come up as I currently have this LB CD in continuous play mode in my car. I originally placed this album as my least favorite but as time has gone on it has become one of my favorites!!! I remember way back, when when we talked about what song we would sing with Laura if we had the chance. My immediate choice was "Let me In". This song is great. I would've loved to see Laura and the band perform this one. "Never In A Million Years" and "The Best Was Yet to Come"...beautiful songs.. Well..that's my two cents! Mel

A great release by Laura. Another big success that was not meant to be. Moonlight On Water is my top favorite and along with Turn The Beat Around should have been all over the radio hot 100. Never In A Million Years is a great performance by Laura. Let Me In and Reverse Psychology are two of my other favorites.

I have two copies of all of Laura's albums (one sealed, one opened, only one opened copy of the Lp Laura made before signing to Atlantic). The 12" singles I have only one each. Anyway, I love the "Laura Branigan" album, it has so many great songs. The one since Laura passed away has been hard for me to listen to is "The Best Was Yet To Come". I would have loved to have seen Laura in concert and met her. Such a huge loss to the music industry. But, when someone like Laura passes (a beloved entertainer) away, she left us so many beautiful songs to keep her close by. I did not hear the news until the day of her funeral. I was looking at the newspaper and there was the story. I was listening to the "Laura Branigan" Cd and "The Best Was Yet To Come" was playing. I recently won an 8x10 b&w photo of Laura that was used to publicize the "Best Of Branigan" Cd. My first & only photo of Laura, but I do cherish it. Sorry about the long post, but Laura you will always be the one "I Know You By Heart".

I really like the cover photos on this album for many reasons, it looks to me as though Kathy does also (the pic at the top of the screen). I have had trouble warming up to this album, but will make more of an effort to do so. Never in a million years is awesome, and I enjoy Bad Attitude, other than that, I will have to listen to it more, as I take a while to get to like songs sometimes :music-listening:
