2. TO ENTER: All entrants may enter the contest via online form provided on LauraBraniganOnline.com, or via mail on a postcard.   All entries must have the entrant's name, full mailing address with ZIP code, phone number with area code (and country code if outside the United States or Canada), and a valid email address for the entrant, all clearly legible to be considered valid entries.  Mail-in entries must be sent only to the mailing address provided (LauraBraniganOnline.com, Spirit Of Love 2009 T-Shirt Contest, PO Box 155, Greensburg, PA 15601-0155).  Electronic entries must be submitted only through the online form provided on the LauraBraniganOnline.com website. No alternate means of entry permitted.

The Contest will begin at 9:01 PM EDT on Monday September 21, 2009, and will end on 11:59 PM EDT on Thursday October 15, 2009.  All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EDT, Thursday October 15, 2009 to be considered.   Multiple entries are NOT permitted; only one entry per person or household. LauraBraniganOnline.com will not be responsible for incomplete or illegible entries, whether electronic or written, or for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected mail.  All entries become the property of LauraBraniganOnline.com and none will be returned.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to residents of any country (except where prohibited by law) 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  Associates of Other Half Entertainment, LauraBraniganOnline.com, and all affiliated companies, entities, and organizations are not eligible to enter.

4. PRIZE: One (1) Spirit Of Love 2009 Commemorative T-Shirt, size XL.  The prize package is cash valued at approximately $15.00 USD.

5. ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest period.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: The Winner will be notified by email on Ocbober 16, 2009. Winner has three (3) days to respond to the notification email.  The return of the prize notification email as undeliverable may result in the disqualification of the Winner, and an alternate Winner may be selected.  If the Winner does not respond within the specified time, the selected Winner will be called via the telephone number submitted.  If the selected Winner has not responded to these contact attempts within two (2) days (for a total of five (5) days of contact attempts), said Winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate Winner will be chosen from the remaining eligible entries.   Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable.  No substitutions are allowed.  Failure of the Winner to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of Other Half Entertainment, result in the Winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of prize to an alternate winner.  Except where prohibited, participation in the Contests constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for promotional purposes on LauraBraniganOnline.com, without limitation or further compensation.  The prize winner's name will be available on LauraBraniganOnline.com after winner notification and confirmation.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY: Once Winner is confirmed, the Prize will be shipped to the valid Winner via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation tracking in the case of a US-based winner, or USPS Priority Mail International in the case of an international winner.

8. PARTICIPATION: Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to comply with these Official Rules.   Other Half Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud has destroyed the integrity of the Contest.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Contest, contestant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contests, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any contestant be permitted to obtain any award for, and contestant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

10. CONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the contestant and Other Half Entertainment in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

11. GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Contest, contestants release LauraBraniganOnline.com, Other Half Entertainment, and any other affiliated companies or promotional sponsors, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

12.
